optimizer.py. Stored only in this browser's localStorage -- never
committed anywhere.

"# Lineups" of 1 builds a single lineup (Session 3.1 behavior). Above 1 uses multi-lineup mode with the exposure/uniqueness/randomization controls (Session 3.2). Wave Tilt is a manual bias (Session 3.3) -- only useful if you have an actual reason, such as a weather forecast, to expect one wave to score easier this week.
